Terms and Conditions of 319bet — Clear Rules for Everyone

Creating duplicate accounts — whether to obtain additional bonuses, circumvent applied restrictions, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of available balances.

At the time of registration, the user must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

Odds displayed on 319bet may change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds that apply are those shown at the exact moment the user confirms the bet. If odds shift during the submission process, 319bet may accept the bet at the new odds, decline the bet, or prompt the user for confirmation — the default setting can be adjusted in account preferences.

A 319bet may void bets in the following situations, with no loss to the user:

• Events canceled or postponed for more than 48 hours;
• Obvious pricing errors (odds significantly diverging from the market due to a technical fault);
• Bets placed on markets where the outcome was already known at the time of wagering (bets placed after the result);
• Documented suspicion of match-fixing confirmed by official bodies;
• Confirmed violation of the platform's terms of use by the user.
